Whether you are looking to improve your strength, power, technique, or even compete in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, there is a spot for you! Train under the eyes of the best coaches in the sport and find motivation in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Shoofly Boxing is a USA Boxing-sanctioned club that focuses on the development of skills related to the sport of boxing in combination with the principles of strength and conditioning. The combination results in a well-balanced fitness program that teaches important self-defense skills.
Calling ALL YOUTH! Regardless of sports experience, this class teaches proper movement, coordination, speed, agility, and quickness. Elements of weightlifting, plyometrics, and stamina are combined in this one-hour class. We meet the athlete where they are and progress them gradually to support their growing bodies.
